At Regulate Wellness™, we are committed to offering thoughtfully selected wellness products and digital tools designed to support nervous system regulation, recovery, and whole-body well-being.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Return Window

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
  • The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received
  • All accessories and documentation are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The item is not marked as final sale

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Include your order number and clear photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

High-Value Wellness Equipment

Additional conditions apply to high-value items such as infrared saunas, cold plunges, and red light therapy equipment:

  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for return
  • Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Returns must meet all eligibility criteria outlined in this policy

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (ebooks, audio, downloads, guides) once delivered
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened, used, installed, or altered items
  • Items returned without original packaging or components

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale. Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered once access has been granted.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
