Delivery timelines vary depending on product type, supplier processing time, and shipping method. Smaller items may arrive sooner, while larger or high-value wellness equipment may take longer.
2. What Affects Shipping Time?
Shipping times may vary based on:

- Freight or specialty delivery requirements
- Carrier delays or high-volume periods
If a product has a specific shipping timeline, it will be listed on the product page and will override the general estimate above.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally at this time. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier deliveries.
4. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders within the United States.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout as required by law.
5. Order Processing and Delivery
Total estimated delivery time is 10–30 business days from the date your order is placed.
This includes order processing, handling, and carrier transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
6. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or specialized freight providers depending on the size and type of item.
7. Tracking Information
Tracking is provided when available. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
8. Delivery Issues
Delayed Orders

Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please:
- Confirm your shipping address
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact us so we can assist with the next steps
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
9. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and item details.
10. Returns and Refunds
We accept eligible returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items, including digital products, are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
11. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
12. High-Value Wellness Equipment
Large or high-value items such as saunas, cold plunges, and red light therapy equipment may require extended processing, freight delivery, or scheduled drop-off.
